We started as a small financial literacy business in Maryland, aiming to help individuals and families properly manage their finances and establish healthy family legacies. It soon became obvious by God’s direction that we were to change our business model and expand our services to help our clients in a unique manner. Through entrepreneurship, we are able to minister to the needs of small businesses and corporate clients. Currently, we offer consulting services, logistics solutions, training/development seminars, and onboarding services in order to help our customers reach success with monumental results.

Clifton Stafford is the Founder and CEO of His Business Solutions (formerly Count the Cost, LLC). He believes his thrilling passion to see others discover the powerful transformation from hope to achievement is the core of his consulting and training business. Clifton possesses a Bachelors or Science Degree in Telecommunications and a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management
Clifton has successfully launched several businesses and enjoys the benefits of networking. He has a strong desire to transform the face of business in multiples facets through creating healthy work environments. As a kingdom innovator, he loves to support, encourage, and lead clients into behavioral changes. Attention to detail, active listening skills, and sincere empathy are symbols of his appreciation by his clients. He is effectively supported by a Chief Operating Officer whose commitment to ministering to the needs of others is imperative in all endeavors.
Clifton is joyfully pleased to be married to his lovely wife Shanequa. Away from the business, he enjoys reading, bowling, and watching movies. He truly cherishes quiet moments to reflect, pray and receive direction from God.
Shanequa Stafford is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of His Business Solutions (formerly Count the Cost, LLC). She believes that her passion for unity and teaching others is monumental in seeing the lives of others change positively. She has a great burden for edifying, exhorting, and comforting the downtrodden and ostracized. Shanequa has accomplished several years of college experience across several sectors and truly believes in being a lifelong student.
Shanequa also has experience in multiple business functions, such as Administration, Payroll, Bookkeeping, and Business Operations. She finds extreme pleasure in using her gift of administration to align organizations fluently and effectively.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Shanequa dedicates her time to ensuring that each customer is met with a personable experience that supersedes expectations. She is committed to executing daily business functions such as organizational structure, implementing strategies for best business practices, and promoting the company’s culture, vision, and mission.
Shanequa is joyfully pleased to be married to her husband Clifton. Away from the business, she enjoys traveling, watching movies, reading books and conducting research. Her most prominent desire is to develop a strong prayer life, while encouraging and teaching others to do the same
